Details
Make sure to take detailed photos of what you are loaning them. Also, a inventory of everything you loan them.
If they are a reputable museum they should have a contract for the items and proof of insurance. Make sure it has a disclaimer for damage while on display. If shipping items back to you have insurance amount for freight/shipping. Also have them reuse the packing material you used if shipped to museum.
