If they haven't put Joe Wood in yet, I really don't see it happening. I understand their reasoning, but I also like to argue his performance at the plate after he switched positions. It's too bad he couldn't have had a few more seasons at each position to seal the deal on how great he was. I'd be all for his induction, far more so than the two fellows already mentioned.
To me, TGOTT managed to get the wrong two players inducted! Nothing against Hooper or Marquard, but if forced to pick only two from a list of these four, I'd have cast my ballot for Wood and O'Doul. Last edited by BillyCoxDodgers3B; 06-08-2021 at 09:09 AM.
