For the packs, you may need to photograph the seals again at an angle under light so people see how well the roller marks line up. They all look pretty good to me with the images you've shown. I do not know the Jordan Nike promo card, but I would send the packs in to PSA (they're the only graders of packs AFAIK currently and only slab packs given the approval from BBCE's Steve Hart).
