Default Does anyone use Pro Mold card holders?

I wanted to start putting some of my better raw cards in holders and saw a couple of videos on the Pro Molds.
For those that use them, and I would have 1960s-1980's cards, would you recommend the 20pt, 35pt or the 55pt...this is just for standard cards. I was going to do the 35pt, but not sure if that would allow for me to also use a penny sleeve (I see that some people use them too). Should I go up to the 55pt or is that too big.
Thanks in advance, Mike.
