Autograph Experts - Help Needed.

I was given an autographed National League Baseball by a family member. Story goes it was a daytrip to the 1996 All Star Fan Fest in Philadelphia. The ball has 2 auto's. I am 99.8% sure one of them is Bill Madlock, Pittsburgh Pirates. The other, I have no clue or luck figurng it out.
