The "Biggest" Issue about moving the NSCC at this point to an "Open" State is to remember we would have to get in line behind events already scheduled for those places which had been pushed back.
Hate to say this but the NSCC can not just snap their fingers, say we want to run a show and the waters open up for us. We have to wait out turn. Rich
