I think there are several things that factor in here: '62 Topps is not a popular set, the card itself is pretty plain and Mantle's '62 year was not as impressive as '61. Still based on the low population of the '62 All Star it seems to me to be underpriced.

Re-read your post. I'm talking about the '59 Mantle, not sure upon review that you were...
