This is a fairly common problem. Remember they are giving their opinion. If their opinion is that they aren't sure, you get QA. Not going to debate merits of getting items certed/value of TPAs. Been there, done that. I dont care for them, others do. To each his own.
I have heard that many people in your situation will submit a second time, submit to a different company, or not do it at all and just enjoy them without the cert. No wrong answer really. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
