Auction Closings - Issues
With a couple of the big boy auction houses having closing night issues, does anyone know is that due to so many people being logged into their Site during closing, or due to all the actual bidding itself?
Two slightly different things, but wondering if it's the bidding that's causing it maybe if you see an item you know isn't anywhere near the price it's most likely going to land on, and you placed you initial placeholder bid early on, maybe throw down another bid now to ease that last minute bidding that will be coming. If it's just due to too many bidders logged in, then I don't know what can be done about that.
