Just an opinion
I am far from an expert on anything like that, but definitely some red flags:
1) No provenance 2) The listing doesn't claim it was Clarke's ring - read it carefully 3) Why silver and not gold 4) There is just almost no information - what is it supposed to be? 5) Was Clarke ever in the UK? How did the ring get there? 6) Looks like really poor quality Like I started with - I'm no expert, but common sense wouldn't let me touch that with a 10 foot pole.
