I don't love it either - can't pinpoint exactly why, but something seems off.

I will say that the Mariners (and many other teams) definitely stayed at the Sheraton in Boston in the late 80s and early 90s, so the seller has that part right - not that it proves anything about the autograph, but figured I would mention...
