Babe Ruth premium?..........help please.....

Is this a Butterfinger premium? Of course there is a hole right on poor Babe's face! Ugh! Just curious as to year and manufacturer as I could not find this specific one online. Appears to have folds on the back so I'm thinking it was mailed at some point?

7 11/16 across and 9 1/2 inches tall. Looks yellower in the photos as my indoor lights do that but it is off whitish to yellowish. 100% paper, not rigid. Very fragile but happy with the corners and overall look of it!
