FS: 1933 World Series scorecard, NY Giants 4 @ Wash. Senators 3, fifth & final game
1933 World Series scorecard - New York Giants @ Washington Senators. The original owner used this scorecard to record in pencil the outcome of the 5th and final game, which the Giants won by the score of 4 - 3 on a solo home run by Mel Ott in the 10th inning. The starting pitchers were Hal Schumacher for the giants and "General" Crowder for the Senators. The winning Giants' pitcher was Dolf Luque, and the losing Senators' pitcher was Jack Russell. Washington's 3 runs came on a home run by Fred Schulte in the 6th inning. The size of this scorecard is 5.5" x 7", and it is in excellent condition. $89 delivered.
