Default May 17, 1962 Astros at Dodgers game used ball.

Hi all,

This is a ball supposedly used in the May 17, 1962 game which pitted the espansion Colt 45's against the tenured Dodgers at brand new Dodger Stadium. The seller says that their Grandfather caught the ball at the game. The ball is inscribed by the gentleman with the date, teams and score. This game is also historic due to the fact that it was the first extra inning game in Dodger Stadium history. The Dodgers beat the Colt 45's by a score of 5 to 4. The ball is avalible for a very decent price and I don't see why someone would fake a ball from a random game for less than $20 dollars. Does anyone else have any thoughts? Some of the writtingon the ball is hard to read, so there may be something else pertaining to the history of the ball.

Thanks!
