That card is altered.
A few hundred and they won't return it. Sad. Betsy probably wrote that email from her 1.5 million dollar home. ANY card Moser had his hands on should be eligible for a refund. ANY card PWCC sold is suspect and should be eligible for a return. Sorry this happened to you.
