Sandy Koufax release as instructor document

Pretty cool document showing Sandy's released from the Albuquerque Club is a non-playing instructor.

He probably just retired, but weird to see one of the best ever "released". Also has Sandy crossed our to Sanford.

NOT signed by Sandy, but a great Koufax or Dodger item.
