The bidder does have 13 retractions which I think is ridiculous but a low bid percentage with the seller and a broad mix of items bid on.

He bid twice at $605 and $881 so potentially reasonable bidding.

I am not sold that you can just look at all of this data and know for certain in most cases.

I am 1132.

My goal was to find the top bid and then went in higher in the final minute and still got smoked. Someone would look at this and say I was shilling when in reality I was just testing out the top bid knowing I was going higher.
