I would be very grateful if you would please give your expert opinions about the authenticity of Charles Comiskey and Mordecai Brown autographs (scans attached).
They are offered to me as part of a bigger trade. The Comiskey is of bigger concern to me as the signature appears to me to be of the hand of Comiskey's secretary. Also, it appears the last name is misspelled (omitted the "e" in Comiskey). It seems unusual that he would misspell his own name (but it could have been signed abruptly?). I am not the expert though, so I'm looking for your guidance. I don't have a strong opinion about the Mordecai Brown cut. Please provide your assessments of the authenticity of these two autographs.
