That's horrible - Cobb couldn't write anywhere near that neatly.
But you have to hand it to someone who would try to forge an entire letter, even if they weren't good at it. This also illustrates how easy it is to forge a Ty Cobb signature, and why handwritten letters ARE a nice, safe way to collect autographs, as long as you educate yourself.
