That is how they work. Every time I win an auction for a very low price the item will ship without tracking and then never arrive. The seller will then apologize and refund my low auction price.
I would venture to say that items shipped without tracking generally arrive about 30% of the time. This is particularly astonishing as all other mail arrives at near 100%. Last edited by sfh24; 12-13-2018 at 07:29 PM.
