Scott is right. The Wagner is a cigar band and has been counterfeited.

Even more so on the Stall & Dean Ty Cobb Ad. I get an email about one of these four or five times a year. One sold in 2000. I am unaware if another real one is out there. It is faked a lot and in many different sizes.

Be careful out there.
