Yes, Clark's Bread cards are very scarce or rare, depending on how one defines these terms. To verify authenticity, I suggest you submit them to one of the major card grading companies - either PSA (the largest) or SGC (my personal choice). Or, you could ask a collector or dealer who is very knowledgeable about the E121 and W575-1 issues for an opinion. It's difficult to put a value on such scarce cards. Actually, their scarcity tends to work against their value because they are too scarce for anyone to attempt to collect a set of them. This leaves only type-card collectors and specific-player collectors to be interested in them. You can check VCP (Vintage Card Prices) for past sales info - VCP is a subscription service, and I think one can purchase a 1 day subscription for for a relatively low cost.
