Is card and seller legit?

Yes, blue label holder is only authenticating auto, but that doesn't mean the card isn't legit. I had a Mantle auto I wanted authenticated and since I live near their NJ location and they can do the blue label without mailing it out I just did it that way (he's in Minnesota, so perhaps he bought it from someone in NJ that had the same thought process as me, or had it authenticated at a show where PSA provided their authentic services while you wait, which I think is also only a blue label if you don't want to wait and have it mailed to you later).

In terms of the seller, I just won a T206 Cy Young in his auction last night, so hope he is a good seller too!
