Pretty sure it's been Daniel (or whoever it is) all along. Candiman is just the way they're dumping inventory after getting booted off of eBay, and the "give us a chance" routine was to keep as many people bidding as possible. Pretty sure it doesn't matter though as apparently they can screw some people and they'll still come back for more.
