The Crusher Wrestling Memorabilia Wanted

For those that did not know, MEARS Auctions is located in South Milwaukee, which is the home of the wrestling legend, "The Crusher".

Several years ago I proposed an idea to have a bronze statue of "The Crusher" erected in downtown South Milwaukee to give our city both an identity and a purpose to frequent the local businesses.

I am proud to say that with the support of the town, wrestling fans, city attorney Chris Smith, Crusher family, and fellow professional wrestlers, we have independently raised 100% of the needed funds for the design, sculpting, and installation of the statue. The installation will take some time in 2019.

To support the venture, the MEARS Museum is looking to build an exhibit on the life and career of "The Crusher". We are actively looking to purchase tickets, photos, autographs, and memorabilia of the man that made Milwaukee famous. If you have any items for sale, please contact me at Troy R.
