I have my Seller account to automatically accept any return within 30 days. No questions asked.
The only reason that I accepted this was that eBay offered a discount on their outlandish fees. Any break a Seller can get, he should take. I have had returns in the past and I never was bothered by it. But the reasons that this person gave got to me. I know it's part of doing business. I will just move on without this buyer. There are enough good ones out there.
