Sometime back when I asked general information about T206 cards, someone mentioned ANY t206 in ANY grade could be sold at any time for around fair market value.
Looking on ebay and buying a few here and there, I tend to agree. However, what others would be included in that? 33 Goudey maybe? My criteria would be: 1) stars AND commons 2) graded by PSA, SGC or BVG 3) within say 10% of recent sales 4) most "reasonable" grades grades for the time - say ANY grade for pre-war, but 5 or above post war, 7 or above "vintage" (pre 1980) I mostly look for T206 and late 70's, and can at least say, it better be a 9 or 10 to easily sell a 1978 Topps. 8 or below are tough, even for a couple dollars. Obviously something like the Murray rookie can sell fairly easily, Ken Brett, well... Thoughts? Last edited by silvor; 03-03-2018 at 03:08 PM. |
