If someone wanted to collect complete pre-war sets on a budget, which ones would you advise?
It should be a set with enough cards to make it a true set. Have enough Hall Of Famers to make it interesting without breaking the bank. One that is attractive to the eye. It has to be accessible to the collector through ebay and other sources. Thoughts? |
