From what I have seen with my limited exposure so far is that modern cards they can get done within the prescribed times or earlier. If it's vintage, good luck.
I've only sent them 2 cards of my own so far on "10-business day" service and each has taken well over 30 calendar days to get back to me. I've never mailed anything in to Beckett because I live like 10 minutes away from their HQ so I don't know how quickly their receiving department gets stuff and starts the clock on orders, but PSA sure does seem to take their sweet-ass time. |
