I think that's in Worcester, Ma. There's a newspaper of that name in Worcester, and one of the signs mentions Worcester.
Looked for the building, and if it is Worcester the building is long gone. It was most likely at what's now federal square, a small park next to a federal building. The building was built in the 30's, and the park in 1991. Steve B
