I just received a response from Gavel snip support:
> Unable to execute snipes. States invalid auction site login or > password. This is fixed. eBay made changes to their site code that processes logins. You may need to update your eBay credentials. READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE Your GavelSnipe.com username/password and your eBay (or other auction account) username/password have nothing to do with each other even if you have set them to be the same (not recommended). GAVELSNIPE.COM USERNAME/PASSWORD Your Gavelsnipe.com username is permanent, unique and can't be changed. We'll see
