I don't know, maybe $500-800 if real. I would rate it Poor-Fair, but probably presents nicer than more Poors, and would be comparable to a PSA 1.5-2 on grade.
Here's an Authentic that went for $1325. The other recent sales seem http://www.ebay.com/itm/1952-TOPPS-E...p2047675.l2557 Look at the scans of that one; the back has some major print defect going on with it.
