How do you handle Ebay buyers trying to cheat you?

How do you handle Ebay buyers trying to cheat you?

I don't mean no harm, but if a buyer on Ebay is attempting to get a card that they bought from me for free by claiming it wasn't delivered, they WILL GET BLOCKED!! How do other sellers handle Ebay cheats?
