I had posted scans of two of my Koufax auto'd cards earlier (2014) - and have since added the one attached which looks different than my other two.
I have no information on exactly when any of mine were signed. While none of mine were signed in front of me (the only absolute way to know) I feel fairly confident in their authenticity.
