the value on these comes and goes as rarely do they have the correct date range cancel (when known) to have contained a card. They still have a value as they make a nice display for them what is so inclined and them what speculates based on the tax stamp that contrary to fact might contain a card......
I have sold 3/4 over the years and witnessed sales of around 10 others. My guess in this "down" economy would be in the 300.00 - 500.00 range - one of those items one puts up for auction and occasionally it will go for more but not likely too much less than my low estimate. no guarantees whether written or implied. |
