Tale of Two Green Cobbies(REA)

I was just cruising REA to make sure I'm in where I want to be...and I noticed this oversized green cobby...graded 70 by SGC...and it is a beauty. I was a little shocked by the current price...$22K.

Moving along...I then came across this green cobby graded ex-mt by PSA...and it is at $14 K.
