Question about Hartland Statues
I have an Eddie Mathews Hartland statue that I was selling at my brothers consignment booth at a local antique shop. I have it at $65.00. The owner called my brother and said a gentlemen examined the statue very carefully and said it should be priced higher at between $100 to $125. The reason is because he said this was a first casting and not a third cast.
So my question is, does this sound accurate? How can you tell the difference? What else can be told about the casting of these statues? Thank you, Robert
