SGC might, but it would likely be a 1. I\'m wanting to say they originally had a black/blue frame that if cut along would leave it the approximate dimensions of a playing card (slightly smaller). If cut straight, yes PSA and SGC will assign the issue a number grade considering it meets the other requirements, but with the waves to the cut on this example I just don\'t see it happening. Relatively speaking the card isn\'t that rare, and considering the condition I\'d guess it\'d be in the $35-$50 range. Could be right, could be wrong. It is cool though, and it is a playing days issue of the Splinter so nice pickup.
