The medal is priced at 1.5 million. One could buy the whole collection or just one of 19 different lots.
http://www.lelands.com/Sales/Details...pic-Gold-Medal edited to add: I don't play in the same sandbox as the collectors this sale is aimed at, but it doesn't seem too outrageous to me when you consider the enormity of the story behind the artifacts. 1.5 million dollars for the most famous gold medal ever? 250,000 for the mask of the winning goalie in the most famous hockey game every played?
