Joe,
Here is an article referencing the OAC. It is about Lacrosse but shows you that OAC existed in that region. http://wnywebshop.com/ploetz/TheOrig...canPastime.htm I found another photo in front of a house with some references but the logo is different. http://beta.worldcat.org/archivegrid...data/879467009 OAC could also mean Ohio but I think upstate NY is correct for the photo you have.
