1934 Babe Ruth HR #706 Program
Yankees home program scored for 9/1/34 vs. the Washington Senators. Yankees lost 1 to 5. Ruth HR in the first inning is #706 of his career. Based on my research this is Ruth’s 3rd to the last homerun as a Yankee. He would hit two more in 1934 – another on 9/3 at home and another on 9/29 at Washington. Program is in good condition due to chipping. There is chipping to the bottom right corner that impacts all but one page. There is also a similar small chip to the bottom of the inside of the back cover. There is a very light horizontal fold. Otherwise program is very clean and tight. Spine is 100% intact with no splitting.
