I think the debate and debacle as to whether or not he should be in the hall generates buzz and keeps his cards in the spotlight each year...
would they rise if he ever should? imo, there'd definitely be a spike. it'd level off after a while, but his cards in whole will always continue to rise in the long term regardless... just my 2 cents and I have been wrong on too many occasions...
