Hey Everyone,
I recently created a digital collection archive for my collection for my insurance company. I was discussing options with my agent and he explained the difficulties that an adjuster would have valuing my collection if I had a casualty. So, I created a fillable form that I could complete and save for each item and enter in photos, purchase and comparable sales information. I put some downloadable forms for any sports collection on my site for free download. I thought they may be useful to other collectors who are looking for a relatively easy way to make a record of their collection. I've also attached an example of a completed form. If you get a chance, check them out and let me know if you have any feedback on how to make them better. Thanks! Chris http://www.antiquefootball.com/af_v2_023.htm |
