Giants Polo Grounds Stadium Sign
Rob,
I'm pretty sure you're talking about the Giants stadium sign I got in a 1994 Leland's auction. I was the only one who bid -- I was the only one who didn't stop to ask, "What will I do with a 32-foot-long tin sign?" It sat for a decade in my garage. Once the Giants built a new stadium in 2000, I really thought it should be displayed there. In 2004 I traded with the Giants for a few things. Sadly, it's 10 years later and they have yet to display the sign in the ballpark. I'll bet more people saw it in my garage.
