Who is this?

I recently purchased a ball at an online auction, supposedly signed by Gary Sheffield. Now that I have it I'm 99% sure it's not Sheffield. It is a Selig ball and there's a good chance it was signed by a player from the SF Giants, based on other lots in the sale. Can anyone help?
