It's quite obvious that he's got it priced for the future and the seller is taking into consideration the hyper-inflation which the seller must be predicting. In the seller's world that card is priced to sell and if they keep waiting it'll be half of the SMR value in a matter of months or even weeks (after the hyper-inflation hits).
