I had all of those checklisted except Bossio.
I wish the fighter selection was better. Unlike the Adam Hats endorsers, most of the Slidewell endorsers are duds. I can confirm the existence of an Archie Moore, one advertising the Marciano fight, which pins that Slidewell to 1955. I also was told there is a Marciano but I haven't seen one personally. Here's Murphy's Slidewell artwork used to create a poster for a fight:  There are also a series of endorsement pieces for Knox Hats depicting members of the New York Yankees but they don't have any graphics, just the hat box prominently featured.
