Opinions - Autograph Mickey Mantle Chocolate Bat

I hate to be responsible for another "does this Mickey look good?" thread, however I wanted to solicit some opinions on this bat. It was purchased in 1996 from a dealer at the East Coast National. I dug out the COA last night, but I couldn't find any info on the Company in a quick Google search, so my guess is they are no longer around.

Just curious thoughts on the signature? I'll assume the worst and hope for the best!
