Total bust in my opinion. The prices are already super low on most because of overproduction.
I would not trust any relic to be real even if I personally pack pulled it. The chance of a cool looking relic being real on ebay is very low and any relic in a Beckett slab is almost always fake. For the modern cards try http://www.blowoutcards.com/forums/ they have much more info over there.
