Have dealt with Jon for many years. He has been no problem to deal with over the years....only issue I had about 3 years ago was a misunderstanding and resolved without problem.
Of course, I have no doubt that some have had some fall through with him as with anyone else I have no knowledge of him being unethical or dishonest to this point.
